Sabre Holdings transferred its 51 percent share in Sabre Pacific (of Australia and New Zealand ) to Abacus
which already owned the other 49 percent. A press official declined to indicate whether any funds changed hands. Sabre remains the biggest shareholder, at 35 percent, of Singapore-based distribution system operator Abacus. The companies said there would be no changes to branding, products or staff.
